Permission rules

Setting up Permission rules

  1. Go to the "Configuration" tab and select "Permission Rules."
  2. Click "Add New Permission Rule" and select your user role, like "Content Manager."
  3. Define access levels for different entities such as Category, Feed Mapping, Manufacturer, Product, Specification Attribute, and Store.
  4. Decide the level of access for each entity: "Read" (view only), "Write" (edit), "Delete," or "Full Permission" (complete access).
  5. To restrict access, skip entities as needed.

‍Reviewing Permission rules

  1. After setting permissions, review the rules in the overview section (on the right of the 'Add new permission rule page'.
  2. Utilize the filtering option to quickly find specific rules based on criteria like user roles, entity types, or access rights (on the 'Permission rules page'.
